Newcomers: working in a Canadian team
3 × 90 min

Task
Rebuilding a working life in a new country: the roles you held are gone, the Adapted Child says yes to everything, and an inner critic compares every day with the status you had.
Process
The TA frame reads the move without pathos. The project frame treats the next twelve months as a project: milestones, risks, contacts — and the role map of the Canadian team you are entering: what is said directly here, how agreements are contracted, how feedback is given and received. Status is rebuilt the way a project is rebuilt: in stages, with criteria.
Result
- three 90-minute meetings
- a 12-month career plan run as a project — milestones, risks, contacts
- the role map of working in a Canadian team: roles, directness, contracting, feedback
- the meeting agenda and a handout — roles in the new team and your adaptation plan
Boundaries
Three 90-minute meetings, priced per person. This is work and communication adaptation — not legal, immigration or financial advice, and not a placement service. There are no dates yet — enrolment is by the waitlist.
Basis
Two frames at once: TA reads the move — roles, the Adapted Child, the inner critic; the project frame runs the next twelve months as a project, in stages, with criteria.
