Task

A live leadership situation that needs a decision or a prepared conversation this week: a decision your team is waiting for, a conflict you keep postponing, a negotiation that circles.

Process

We read the situation on two levels at once. On the project level: the role map — responsibility, authority, escalation — and the decision’s owner and date. On the TA level: your driver in the room, and the game the team or the counterpart is inviting you into. The output is practical: a decision formulated, or a difficult conversation prepared, that you can hold this week.

Result

• your situation read on both levels — a role map and a transaction map of the episode
• the prepared next step: the decision or the conversation, with its opening and its criteria
• a one-page note on your pattern in the situation — and the move you will try first

Boundaries

One 60-minute video session on your real situation. I don’t make management decisions for you, and I don’t replace the leader: the decision — and the responsibility for it — stays with you.
