Profile debrief

Task

Your own profile, read properly: where your Controlling Parent speaks before your Adult has the figures; where the Adapted Child agrees and the commitment quietly leaks; what your Free Child contributes — and where it is taxed.

Process

We read the five scales together, tied to your work situations. Then we take one real upcoming conversation and plan it from the profile: the ego state you will hold, the transaction you will open with, and the contract you will offer.

Result

• a thirty-minute reading of your five scales, tied to your work situations
• one real conversation prepared from your profile: state, opening transaction, contract
• a written follow-up note after the debrief — what the five scales say and the steps you chose

Boundaries

One 30-minute video session, working from the profile you bring — take the free Communication Style Profile first if you have not yet. A debrief of an educational profile: not an assessment and not a diagnosis.
