Task

Your own leadership as the project: the phase you are in — start, load or handover — and the hidden standard your drivers set for the team within weeks: “Be perfect” buys flawless reports and late warnings, “Hurry up” buys speed and silence about risks.

Process

Session by session we work your real situations: goals your people commit to rather than comply with; the leader—team contract written down instead of inherited; influence where you hold no formal authority; and the wear of your own contract, renegotiated before it becomes the team’s problem.

Result

• six sessions on your real leadership situations
• your driver map with the price of each command for your team
• a written draft of your leader—team contract — roles, decision rules, feedback, recognition
• a self-management agreement, reviewed like a project agreement

Boundaries

A contracted series of six 60-minute video sessions; the package is to be used within the period stated at purchase (Terms). The work stays on your situations and your agreements — it is not an HR audit of your team, and not legal or financial advice.
