Reports & method
Annual report “Ego States in Canada” (12–20 pages) — first edition planned after the pilot validation: 50 completed profiles, internal consistency check per scale, weak items revised, method described openly in the report. Quarterly articles slice the data: newcomers vs locals, leaders vs non-leaders.
No reports yet — the profile is in pilot, and the anonymous research collection has not opened yet: for now the profile runs entirely in your browser. Once the collection opens, participation will shape the first edition.
Method, briefly
The Communication Style Profile is an original 40-statement questionnaire written for this research project: 8 statements for each of the five functional ego states in Dusay's egogram model (Controlling Parent, Nurturing Parent, Adult, Free Child, Adapted Child), rated 1–5 and normalised to 0–100 per scale. Results will be published only as group statistics, once the research collection opens. The pilot target is 50 completed profiles; scales are checked for internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha ≥ 0.7) and weak statements are revised before the first annual report.
